We had time to admire the wonderful winter photos of your pets and it was quite difficult for the jury to choose from them the three best works from an artistic point of view and not violating the rules of our competition.

From September 23 to October 21, 2016, the Pet Shop Top portal held a contest "Become a star". 5 participants from Moscow, St. Petersburg and Podolsk, together with their pets, fought for victory in the voting of portal users. The results of the competition are presented below.

1. General provisions
1.1. A stimulating event called "Become a Star" (hereinafter referred to as the Event) is held as part of stimulating an increase in the number of users of the portal "PetShopTop.ru", now "Marchelache.com".
2. Information about the Event Organizer
2.1. The event is held by a Limited Liability Company "Laboratory No. 333" (abbreviated name "LLC Laboratory 333").

2.4. The website on the Internet, which will host information about the Event «Pet Shop Top.ru» (hereinafter – Event site), now «Marchelache.com».
3. Dates of the Event The event is held from September 23, 2016 to October 21, 2016. The specified period includes:
3.1. The actions specified in paragraph 5.1 of these Rules are performed during the period from September 23, 2016 to October 21, 2016.
3.2. The Winners of the Event to be awarded the Awards specified in paragraph 6.16.2 of these Rules are determined during the period from October 21, 2016 to October 22, 2016. 3.3. The Awards specified in paragraphs 6.16.2 of these Rules are awarded to the Winners of the Event in the period from October 22, 2016 to October 23, 2016.
3.4. If the Winner has not contacted the Organizer of the Event by October 23, 2016, his right to receive the Award is canceled.
4. Participants of the Event, their rights
4.1. Persons who comply with these Rules and have fulfilled the requirements established by these Rules are hereinafter referred to as Participants of the Event in the text of these Rules.
4.2. Participants of the Event may be capable persons who have reached the age of 18, citizens of the Russian Federation. Employees and representatives of the Organizer, persons affiliated with the Organizer, their family members, as well as employees of other legal entities and/or individual entrepreneurs involved in the organization and holding of the Event and their family members cannot participate in the Event.
4.3. Participants of the Event may be persons who meet the requirements of paragraph 4.2 of these Rules. To participate in the prize draw specified in clauses 6.1 and 6.2, Participants must be registered users PetShopTop.ru 4.4. Participants have the rights and obligations established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as these Rules.
5. Obligations of Participants
5.1. In order to become a Participant of the Event and qualify for an Award, a person who meets the requirements of paragraphs 4.2 and 4.3 of these Rules must perform the following actions:
5.1.1. Go to the Event website where the rules for participation in the Event are posted and register.
5.2. In order to become a Participant of the Event and take part in the prize draw, a person who meets the requirements of paragraph 4.2 of these Rules must register on the Event website and confirm his email address.
5.3. The totality of the actions specified in paragraph 5.1 of these Rules is recognized as the fulfillment by the Participant of the actions necessary to participate in the Event, as well as the acceptance of a public offer in the form of an announcement of the Event for conclusion by performing conclusive actions (actions indicating the tacit consent of the person performing the actions, his intention to make a transaction, conclude a contract) a contract for participation in the Event. As a result of such actions, the contract between him and the Organizer is considered concluded.
5.4. Identification of Participants who have applied for participation in the Event in the manner specified in paragraph 5.2 of these Rules is carried out according to the data specified during registration as a Participant, in accordance with the procedure provided for in paragraph 4.2. of these Rules, or according to the data specified in the contract, if the Participant is a user of the services
5.5. are not taken into account in the framework of this Event:
5.5.1. Actions provided for in paragraphs 5.1. 5.2 of these Rules, carried out by Participants who do not meet the requirements provided for in paragraph 4.2 of these Rules;
5.5.2. Actions provided for in paragraphs 5.1. 5.2 of these Rules, carried out by Participants in violation of the deadlines set out in paragraphs 3.13.2 of these Rules;
6. Size, shape and number of Awards.

7. The procedure for determining the Winners and holders of Awards
7.1 The award specified in clause 6.1 of these Rules is received by the participants of the Event, determined by a drawing during each period of time based on the total duration of clause 3.1:
From September 23 to October 2, 2016 – 1 prize
From October 3 to October 9, 2016 – 1 prize
From October 10 to October 16, 2016 – 1 prize
From October 17 to October 21, 2016 –1 prize
7.2. The winners are determined after the completion of all stages of the Event, within the time limit set in clause 3.2
7.3. The best result of the participant for the entire duration of the event is taken into account. One participant can receive only one Award.
8. The order of awarding the Awards
8.1. The awards specified in paragraph 6.1 and 6.2 of these Rules are awarded to the Winner by delivery to the winner's mailing address specified during registration or clarified in the course of correspondence. Or in the office of the company LLC "Laboratory No. 333".
8.2. In order to receive the Award, the Winner, at the request of the Organizer, must present a general civil passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the passport) and name the email that was specified when registering on the Event website.
8.3. At the request of the Organizer, the Winner is obliged to sign a document confirming the receipt of the corresponding Award (including, without limitation, the Certificate of Receipt of the Award). 8.4. If the Winner does not declare a passport and does not sign a document confirming the receipt of the corresponding Award, the Award to be transferred to such a Winner is deemed unclaimed and stored in accordance with the procedure provided for in Section 10 of these Rules.
8.5. From the moment the Organizer transfers the Award directly to the Winner of the Event, the Organizer is not responsible for the risk of its accidental death or damage. 8.6.The date of awarding the Winners is determined by the date of transfer of Awards by the Organizer directly to the Winners of the Event. 8.7. The Organizer has the right to refuse to receive the prize specified in clause 6.1. in case of non-compliance of the applicant with medical parameters.
9. The method and procedure for informing about the terms and conditions of the Event
9.1.The Rules of the Event in full for public access are posted on the Internet on the Event Website. 9.2. In the event of a change in the rules or cancellation of the Event, information about this will be posted by the Organizer on the Internet on the Event Website.
10. The order of storage of unclaimed Awards and the order of their reclamation
10.1. Due to the fact that the current legislation does not establish the possibilities or obligations of Event Organizers to store unclaimed Awards and does not regulate the procedure for their demand by Event Participants after the deadline for receiving Awards, the procedure for storing unclaimed Awards and the procedure for their demand after the deadline for receiving Awards by the Organizer is not provided and is not established.
11. Additional conditions
11.1. The fact of Participation in the Event implies the Participant's familiarization with these Rules and his consent to participate in the Event in accordance with these Rules, as well as the Participant's consent to the provision of personal data for processing in connection with his Participation:
a) in the Event, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use (including for the purposes of awarding Awards, individual communication with Participants for purposes related to the conduct of this Event, both by the Organizer himself and by third parties involved by the Organizer), transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data;
b) for purposes related to the conduct of this Event. The processing of personal data is carried out only for the purpose of fulfilling the contract for participation in the Event, one of the parties to which is the Participant. Personal data is not distributed and is not provided;
c) to third parties without the consent of the personal data subject and are used by the operator solely for the performance of the specified contract. The Participant also gives his consent to the publication of his personal data in terms of surname, first name, patronymic and city, if the Organizer decides to publish the list of Winners. The Organizer destroys the personal data of the Participants stored in any form and format within 60 calendar days after the end date of the Event, with the exception of documentation reflecting the selection of Awards by the Participants of the Event, as well as materials of the official publication of the results of the Event.
11.2. The Organizer's obligations regarding the quality of Awards are limited by the guarantees provided by their manufacturers (suppliers). Claims regarding the quality of Awards should be made directly to the producers of these Awards. The integrity and functional suitability of Awards should be checked by Participants directly upon receipt of Awards. The appearance of the original Awards may differ from their images in promotional materials.
11.3. The Organizer does not enter into written negotiations or other contacts with the persons participating in the Event, except in cases stipulated by these Rules and current legislation.
11.4. All Participants and Winners of the Event independently pay all expenses incurred by them in connection with participation in the Event.
11.5. The Organizer notifies the Winners in advance that due to the fact that the Awards are duffel, the Organizer, as a tax agent, does not have the opportunity to withhold income tax on an individual who, as the owner of the Award, must pay (in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 224 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, such tax is 35% from the value of the Award exceeding the amount of 4,000 rubles). Thus, in accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 228 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. The Participant is obliged to calculate and pay the tax independently, as well as submit a tax return in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation, if the value of the Award exceeds the amount of 4,000 rubles.
