1.3. Upload avatars of sexual themes, with indecent inscriptions, with photos of other people without their consent (except fictional characters, movie heroes and world celebrities), stylized as interface elements.

1.4. Post advertising information of any kind on the avatar (website addresses, phone numbers, e-mail, ICQ and any other).

1.5. Enter indecent or deliberately inaccurate data in the fields "city", "name", "surname".

1.6. Use a "one-time" mailbox from services like mailforspam.com or 10minutemail.com .

Necessarily:

1.7. Specify a valid phone number and a real e-mail so that you can respond to a confirmation letter from our website.

1.8. Use a complex password, because otherwise we do not guarantee against intruders taking over your account.

We recommend:

1.9. Indicate your real name and surname — in this case it will be easier for you to make friends and your acquaintances will easily find you.

1.10. Upload your own photo or picture as an avatar, with neutral content (preferably without any copyright).

1.11. Specify the e-mail that you use regularly, because in case of loss (forgetfulness) of the password, it will help you to restore access to the account with a new password faster.

2. Publications on the website (text, pictures, videos)

2.1. Publication of materials.

Forbidden:

• Use profanity in any form and in any language. No masking with special characters, ellipses, rearrangement or omission of letters and other tricks will not help.
• Use any kind of racist and/or nationalistic derogatory terms ("Muscovites", "Ukrainians", "pindos", "niggers", "hachi", "chocks" and so on). Even the first violation of this clause will lead to the deletion of the account without warning and the possibility of recovery.
• Publish calls to evaluate entries, subscribe, support in any kind of contests or ratings.
• Post entries that violate universal norms of morality and morality or run counter to the vital principles of the creators of the site.

• To use branded (club) photos of pets, film stills, book and CD covers, fragments of geographical maps, screenshots of programs, images of world-famous works of art, photos of celebrities and any photographic materials, the free distribution of which is expressly authorized by the author or copyright holder.
• Embed videos from popular video hosting sites that allow you to link to third-party sites.

Recommended:

• Split long text into paragraphs (pressing Enter).

2.1.1. Publishing photos.

Forbidden:

• Upload any other people's photos from this site or from the Internet taken from other users. Even if "Mine is exactly the same!". There are no exceptions to this rule.
• Post photos of obscene quality, on which it is difficult to make out the animal itself, as well as a variety of drawings, illustrations and other images that are not photos of a particular pet.
• Upload edited photos in which manipulations have led to distortion of the real appearance of the pet (even if it's funny). • Use photos from other kennels or stores even if it was your pet.
• Upload the same photo multiple times.
• Place advertising, offensive or calling for any actions on the site on the photos.
• Place design and/or interface elements of this website and/or operating system on the photo.

Allowed:

• Post edited photos if the processing has not affected the appearance of the pet.
• Post professionally made photos, provided that they are your pets.
• Place photos of the pet together with people (of any age and gender), if the result does not go beyond the generally accepted morality.

Recommended:

• As a pet avatar, put the best photo in your opinion that reflects the appearance or character of the pet.
• Upload several different photos emphasizing the appearance, habits, character of the pet.
• Do not abuse Photoshop and other graphic editorsib, too much with effects, as a rule, leads to the opposite result — photos only get worse.

2.1.2. Inserting videos into recordings.

Forbidden:

• Insert videos (including hyperlinks to them) containing: profanity, naturalistic scenes of violence, scenes of humiliation of people, adult content, scenes with incitement to religious or ethnic hatred, personal information of other people without their direct consent.
• Insert videos of advertising content with the exception of commercials from world manufacturers.

Allowed:

• Embed other people's videos from popular video hosting sites that do not violate the Rules of publishing on marchelache.com

Recommended:

• To use the opportunities of the Video Exhibition for its intended purpose — to share your own videos on the topic of the site with the community.

2.1.3. Comments on publications in the user's diary and publications about the pet.

• Abuse CAPITAL LETTERS (Caps Lock).
• Leave comments off topic.
• Discuss the actions of the moderator or the site administration (the administrator / moderator is always right!).
• Flood — clog the air with a stream of meaningless and / or meaningless comments.

Allowed:

• Insert links into the comment text (they will be automatically highlighted).

Allowed:

• Add pets that you have or have had in your possession before.
• Publish information about the pets of close relatives (if the pet is family and you can provide the community with detailed information about it and answer questions from other users).
• Publish a description of the pet(s), and then improve, supplement it any number of times.

Recommended:

• Publish a detailed story about a pet.

3. Publication of the ad

• Add low-quality or distorting the appearance of an animal or product.
• Post other people's images of an animal or product, even if they are "exactly the same!".
• Specify hash tags, links to websites, social media profiles, special characters (including emoticons) and frequently repeated punctuation marks in the ad text (..., !!!, ???).
• Use the name of brands, websites, nicknames, names of organizations and nurseries in the user name and title, etc.
• Use CAPITAL LETTERS in the title and description (Caps Lock), unless this is due to the use of commonly accepted abbreviations or abbreviations
• Specify a phone number or additional contacts in the description – there are special fields for this purpose
• Violate the general rules of the site when creating ads.

Allowed:

• Sell any goods and accessories related to these types of animals.

Recommended:

• Fill in the phone number field correctly and carefully, indicating all codes.
• The description of the ad should be in only one language, without mixing with other languages and using transliteration — writing Russian words in Latin letters.
• Fill in the maximum number of fields when creating an ad.

4. Communities

Forbidden:

• Fill the community with fake users (bots) created in order to increase the number of participants.
• Dramatically change the format and theme of the existing community.
• Create a community that violates the rules of publication (in this case, the community is deleted entirely without warning and the possibility of recovery).

Allowed:

• Compete with similar communities that already exist on the site.

Recommended:

• Specify the type of animal, breed or class plus the city, if the community theme corresponds to them.
